How to get to Danang?

There are 3 most common ways to get access to Danang from Hanoi or Saigon: by trains, by air, and by shuttle buses.

By air: If you are a busy person who does not have much time, booking a flight is a good alternative. It takes about one hour and a half to transfer from Hanoi or Saigon to Danang. The price fluctuates between VND 700,000 and VND 2,200,000. 

By shuttle buses: If you have a long-term tour plan in Vietnam, trains and shuttle buses equipped with reclining berths will be the best way to learn about some Vietnamese culture and customs. It takes 18 to 20 hours for a bus to move from Hanoi to Danang for a price of VND 700,000.

By trains: It takes 14 to 20 hours for a train to reach Danang from Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

Where to go?

1. Dragon Bridge

When getting around the city, you should make a stop at Dragon Bridge – a new bridge which was constructed in 2013. The bridge connects Danang Airport and My Khe Beach. The dragon on the bridge will puff fire and water at 21:00 pm on Saturday, Sunday, and festivals.  

2. Son Tra Peninsula
